The Advanced Training Academy is registered and accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority as a Private Training Establishment under the provision of the Education Act 1989 and its subsequent amendments.

The Advanced Training Academy has agreed to observe and to be bound by the code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students.
