Domestic and International Students

Entry Criteria:

Students will be asked to complete an internal assessment so that they can be placed in an appropriate level class.

Course Summary:

 

The ESOL course ranges from elementary to intermediate level, and each level is made up of several modules which teach different skills. All courses are carefully designed to meet the individual needs of each student. Students participate actively to gain maximum benefit from courses. Tutors are well qualified, experienced and dedicated to support students to communicate clearly and achieve success in their studies and future careers. The course teaches the core skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing and there are specialised modules for those wishing to gain other skills.

The Course will help students to learn English, prepare for further study, gain employment and enjoy the New Zealand way of life.

 


Duration:
  24 weeks (Full Time).

 

Intakes: Applicants can join the course at any time when a vacancy becomes available.

 

Qualifications:  Certificate of ESOL

                         ATA Certificate in English Studies.

                         

Day Classes:  Two streams - morning and afternoon  

                      (or as per timetable).
