Question 1: Why Technical Training? Answer 1: In today's complex IT infrastructure, expertise is in high demand. Whether you aspire to be a Hardware and Software Support Specialist or a Network Systems Engineer you require both the knowledge and the skills to implement and maintain IT resources. Question 4: How do I enrol? Answer 4: Students can download forms or visit the Advanced Training campus nearest to them.
Question 5: Am I eligible for student loans? Answer 5: Student loans are available to persons who are citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand, Australia, Cook Islands, Nuie or Tokelau. Persons who have refugee status can also apply for student loans. The course for which you are applying must be approved by the Tertiary Education Commission and the course must be Full Time, Part Time and 32 weeks or longer. Question 6: How do I withdraw from course?
Answer 6: After starting the course a student may cancel within the first calendar week for a full refund minus 10% administration costs or $500 whichever is the less. Students are supplied with a refund form by ATA. The refund application form needs to be completed and signed off by the student and the bursar. Refund payment to the student when the student has paid for the program or direct to the student loan account when the student has used a loan is made within 14 days from date of signed application.
Question 7: As an International student, how can I pay my fees?
Answer 7: MT100 Telegraphic Transfer to Public Trust form assists your Bank arrange the Telegraphic Transfer of your students fees payable to our Trust Account with Public Trust, Wellington, New Zealand. Your fees are held in this Trust Account and paid to the Advanced Training Academy Limited over the period you attend your course(s).

Answer 8: Students can get assisstance on how to book exams from Advanced Training Academy Ltd. and also locate testing centres nearer to them by visiting the vue website.
